Acumen Fund hosted a contest last year on “Sanitation is Sexy.” They called for creative submissions related to raising awareness for sanitation and allowed people to submit op-eds, posters, videos and even tweets.

This was the winning video. It’s a short and powerful way to get the message across about the importance of sanitation and helping those around the world who don’t have access to good sanitation. This was definitely an issue I was not familiar with but I felt a bit more informed after watching this video.
